Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit. It’s a taste of CampusAI: 1 upload of up to 10 pages a month with its summary, flashcards and practice quiz, 10 Ask Jay questions a month and past papers from the last 3 years. Credits cover more when you need it, and Scholar raises the allowances, opens the full archive and matches openings to your CV.
What are credits?
Credits pay for what goes past your plan’s monthly allowance: 1 credit a page, 1 credit an extra Ask Jay question, 5 credits a marked mock, 2 credits a minute of recording, on Scholar. They’re only used after your allowance runs out, so you never pay for what your plan already covers. Packs are 100 credits for GH₵5 or 250 credits for GH₵10, paid once with Mobile Money or card. Both Free and Scholar can use them.
Is there a limit on Scholar?
Yes: 10 uploads and 100 pages a month, 80 Ask Jay questions a month and 2 marked mocks a month. Past them you can use credits, so you never get stuck in exam week. A fair-use limit also stops misuse.
Can I pay with Mobile Money?
Yes. MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AirtelTigo Money are supported, as well as Visa and Mastercard. Scholar is GH₵25 a month or GH₵56 for 4 months.
Does Scholar renew by itself?
Only when you pay by card. It then renews on the day it ends, at the price shown in Settings, and we remind you 3 days before. Turn it off any time in Settings, under Plan and billing. Mobile Money doesn’t renew by itself: we remind you before Scholar ends and you renew in one tap.
Is Jay allowed by my school’s academic policy?
Jay explains your own course materials and cites them. It does not write assignments, and your uploads are never shared.
Do I need the mobile app?
No. Everything works in the browser. The mobile app will sync with your web account when it launches.
Can a lecturer upload for the whole class?
On the Institution plan, lecturers upload once and every enrolled student receives the summary, flashcards and quiz.
